Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to perform massage and body treatments at our premium hotel spa, delivering an exceptional guest experience in a welcoming, professional environment.

You will maintain treatment rooms and standards, educate guests on products, protect privacy, and cultivate guest relationships. Required: current state licensure and 2+ years of industry experience, with strong communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist.
• 2+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in performing all applicable massage and body treatments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding people skills with a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Perform massage and body treatments per established standards and certifications.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs and creating a welcoming environment.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spa services, products, hotel amenities, and local area.
• Educate guests on product ingredients, benefits, and at-home care recommendations.
