Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to deliver spa treatments on property, ensuring guest comfort and privacy while maintaining treatment rooms.

You will apply your massage skills, educate guests on products, and contribute to a welcoming, health-focused spa environment at our Austin properties.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Massage Therapist.
• 2+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in performing all applicable massage and body treatments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding people skills with a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform massage and body treatments in accordance with established service standards and current certifications.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs and creating a warm, welcoming environment.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spa services, products, hotel amenities, and the local area.
• Educate guests on product ingredients, benefits, and at-home care recommendations.
• Answer guest questions in a knowledgeable, professional, and service-focused manner.

• Protect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
