Job summary

Belden House & Mews seeks an experienced Esthetician to deliver exceptional facial and skincare treatments within a luxury spa environment. Your role centers on creating a warm, personalized guest experience with professional treatments and product recommendations.

You will maintain a serene treatment room, ensure strict sanitation and safety, and collaborate with the spa team to uphold Belden House & Mews’ high standards of service and guest care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed esthetician with skincare expertise.
• Provide professional facials and skincare treatments within licensure.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in all procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facials, skincare treatments and other services within scope of licensure.
• Welcome guests warmly and provide a personalized consultation before each treatment.
• Maintain a calm, clean, luxurious, and welcoming treatment environment.
• Recommend appropriate products and treatments based on guests' skincare needs.
• Deliver consistently high-quality service while respecting guest privacy and comfort.
• Maintain professional knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and hospitality standards.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements.
• Communicate effectively with the front desk, spa team, management, and other hospitality departments.
• Assist with maintaining treatment rooms, equipment, inventory, and overall spa presentation.
• Support guest-service standards and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Encourage repeat visits and build guest relationships through attentive service.
