Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. Travel between sites is required only as needed, and staff would work at one location per shift.

We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time Spa Coordinators (36+ hours per week), plus Meevo experience preferred and opportunities for growth through Woodhouse training and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred.
• Spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations.
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow.
• Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards.
• Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience.
• Supports the General Manager and leadership team.
• Stays highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Maintains a clean, professional front desk environment.
• Is comfortable traveling between Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed.

Team members may be scheduled at either spa location based on business needs; however, you would work at only one location per shift and would not be required to travel between locations during the same workday.
