Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. You would work at one location per shift, with travel between locations as needed.

We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time roles and a Tuesday–Saturday schedule. Responsibilities include scheduling, guest flow, front desk operations, and promoting retail and gift cards, while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Meevo experience is required or highly preferred.
• Prior spa/salon front desk or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations.
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow.
• Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards.
• Maintains a clean, professional front desk environment and supports leadership.

• Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow
• Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards
• Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience
• Supports the General Manager and leadership team
• Stays highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Maintains a clean, professional, and well‑organized front desk environment
• Is comfortable traveling between our Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed

Requirements

• Previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
