Job summary

Responsibilities include cleaning treatment rooms, restrooms, and relaxation areas; restocking towels, robes, and toiletries; assisting with laundry; greeting guests warmly and providing attentive service; and preparing rooms between treatments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a spa or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing spa facilities, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, relaxation areas, fitness center and restrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of supply closets and storage areas.
• Restock towels, robes, linens, and toiletries.
• Assist with laundry duties, ensuring spa linens are clean and properly folded.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
• Anticipate guest needs and address concerns promptly.
• Assist guests with inquiries and requests, such as locker usage, towel service, and product recommendations.
• Prepare rooms and restock supplies to ensure smooth transitions between treatments.
• Assist with retail sales of spa products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Spa Manager.
