East West Hospitality's Spa Anjali at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, Colorado is seeking a part-time Spa Concierge to deliver exceptional, five-star guest experiences. You’ll be the welcoming face of the spa, ensuring every guest’s visit is smooth, luxurious, and memorable while supporting a wellness‑minded team.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with POS, reservations, scheduling and retail upselling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the spa boutique and relaxation lounge, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage spa reservations and scheduling while providing outstanding guest service and promptly addressing or reporting service issues.
• Merchandise, restock, and actively upsell boutique products while meeting or exceeding retail goals.
• Process all transactions accurately and efficiently through the POS system and assist in other areas of the spa, including the Fitness Desk, as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends, holidays, and opening and closing shifts.

We’re looking for a hospitality-minded professional who is at least 18 years of age and brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate has experience with POS systems, reservations and scheduling, retail sales and upselling, and strong computer and data-entry skills. They are organized, able to problem-solve independently, and remain calm, professional, and welcoming in a fast-paced environment. Spa treatment and product knowledge is a plus.
