East West Hospitality is seeking a Spa Concierge at Spa Anjali, The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO. This part-time, year-round role focuses on delivering five‑star guest experiences and smooth service in a fast-paced, hospitality-forward environment.

You will welcome guests, assist with reservations, upsell boutique products, and support the spa team to maintain top-tier standards. The position starts ASAP with weekend and holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain spa boutique and relaxation lounge cleanliness and presentation, including opening/closing procedures.
• Manage spa reservations and scheduling with exceptional guest service.
• Merchandise, restock, and upsell boutique products to meet or exceed retail goals.
• Process transactions accurately through the POS and assist in other spa areas as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and opening/closing shifts.

Spa Anjali at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is seeking a part‑time Spa Concierge to help us deliver exceptional, five-star experiences. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of our award‑winning spa, ensuring each guest’s visit is smooth, luxurious, and memorable, all while contributing to a vibrant, wellness-focused team culture. Key Responsibilities Include

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the spa boutique and relaxation lounge, including opening and closing procedures.


• Manage spa reservations and scheduling while providing outstanding guest service and promptly addressing or reporting service issues.


• Merchandise, restock, and actively upsell boutique products while meeting or exceeding retail goals.


• Process all transactions accurately and efficiently through the POS system and assist in other areas of the spa, including the Fitness Desk, as needed.


• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends, holidays, and opening and closing shifts.

Pay Rate: $20 / hour

Schedule: Must be able to work weekends and some holidays

We're looking for a hospitality-minded professional who is at least 18 years of age and brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate has experience with POS systems, reservations and scheduling, retail sales and upselling, and strong computer and data‑entry skills. They are organized, able to problem‑solve independently, and remain calm, professional, and welcoming in a fast-paced environment. Spa treatment and product knowledge is a plus.
