Job summary

East West Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO. You will clean guest rooms, residences, hallways, and public areas to uphold resort standards and guest comfort.

Responsibilities include preparing rooms for arrivals, reporting issues, and maintaining organized housekeeping spaces. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work weekends/holidays, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Excellent benefits accompany full-time employment.

Join The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa as team as a Housekeeper and help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every guest who walks through our doors. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall quality of our resort while supporting the team behind the scenes that makes exceptional stays possible.

What You\'ll Do:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, residences, hallways, and public areas while meeting resort quality standards
• Prepare rooms for guest arrivals by changing linens, replenishing supplies, and ensuring spaces are thoughtfully arranged
• Report maintenance concerns, safety issues, and lost-and-found items to the appropriate team members
• Keep housekeeping areas, carts, equipment, and supplies organized and ready for daily operations
• Support deep cleaning projects, room transitions, and other housekeeping needs while providing professional and friendly service

Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $20/ hr

Schedule: 5 days per week, scheduled days may vary based on business needs

The ideal candidate is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date. Previous housekeeping or hotel operations experience preferred. The role requires the ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding, repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Candidates should have knowledge of proper linen handling, waste disposal, safety and sanitation standards, and the ability to operate housekeeping equipment. The ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential. Availability for weekends and holidays is required, along with strong reliability, time management skills, accountability, and a positive, professional, team-oriented attitude.
