Responsibilities

• Greet guests and teammates warmly and anticipate needs.
• Use names and connect with each person.
• Be informed about Spa Suites, Enchantment offerings, property layout, and Boynton Canyon Story.
• Stay informed about today’s schedule and guest needs and support operations.
• Practice proactive communication between departments and within the department.
• Reserve services, send confirmations, add notes, check-in/out guests, and protect guest confidentiality.
• Maintain Spa Suites, Back-of-House areas, and surrounding landscape in good condition.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and neat work environment.
• Report updates/changes to leadership and communicate any concerns.
• Perform administrative tasks such as reporting issues and inventory management.
