Hyatt is seeking a Spa Concierge at Spruce Peak for a luxury resort experience in Stowe, VT. You will help guests with scheduling treatments and tailoring spa experiences to individual preferences, combining hospitality with wellness expertise to ensure a pampered visit.

Shift 12:00–20:00, full-time year round, with weekend and holiday work. Hyatt offers strong growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Prior spa or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical proficiency (basic computer applications).
• Attention to detail.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and time management discipline.
• Understanding of hospitality operating systems.
• Understanding of Spa.
• Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Operate effectively in stressful situations.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to adapt to changing guest needs.

Responsibilities

• The Spa Concierge serves as the guest’s personal guide to relaxation and well‑being, handling scheduling and tailoring spa experiences.
• Provide expert knowledge of services, recommend therapies, and coordinate amenities and post-treatment arrangements.
• Support Hyatt’s mission to deliver caring, attentive service and meaningful experiences to guests.
