Job Description

As a Spa Concierge, you are an ambassador of the Woodhouse brand and an essential part of creating an exceptional guest experience. You’ll welcome each guest with warmth and professionalism while ensuring our spa environment consistently reflects the elevated standards of Woodhouse.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Welcoming and warmly greeting guests upon arrival and departure.
• Providing a polished and professional orientation to our changing room and spa areas.
• Assisting guests with scheduling appointments in an efficient, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
• Responding promptly to guest needs and providing thoughtful solutions.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming, and beautifully presented spa environment.
• Keeping changing rooms and lounge areas fully stocked and guest-ready, including replenishing amenities and removing used towels, robes, dishes, and other items.
• Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of Woodhouse Spa services, policies, and offerings.
• Completing all required training and maintaining proficiency in the responsibilities and expectations of the Concierge role.

Schedule

• Full-Time: 32-40 hours per week
• Part-Time: 20–32 hours per week
• Evening and weekend availability is required.
• Schedules are determined by the General Manager based on the operational needs of the spa.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
