Job summary

Arch Amenities Group is seeking a Spa Concierge for seasonal work in the spa, locker rooms, fitness area, and pool spaces. The candidate will help maintain cleanliness, assist guests, and ensure a welcoming Arch experience.

Ideal applicants have a High School Diploma or GED and prior hospitality or customer service experience. The role requires standing for long periods and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Ability to have conversations with guests so information is understood.
• Able to stay organized while handling multiple duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of spa, locker rooms, fitness area, and pool area.
• Restock linens and supplies in guest areas and facilities.
• Assist guests and escort to changing areas in a courteous manner.
• Explain locker room and spa area setup and operations to guests.
• Perform light laundry duties for linens as applicable.
• Ensure all areas are clean, stocked, and safe throughout the day.
• Communicate facility issues to management promptly.
• Support other duties as assigned by supervisor.
