Chukchansi Gold is seeking a part-time Spa Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, manage the front desk, and book spa appointments. You will maintain calendars, assist walk-ins, and ensure timely services with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Strong communication and computer skills are essential in a fast-paced spa environment. The role offers part-time hours at our Coarsegold location, with opportunities to upsell spa services and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year receptionist experience in a spa or salon.
• Must be computer-literate and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greet spa guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedule and manage spa reservations and appointments.
• Maintain the appointment calendar and confirm bookings.
• Assist walk-in guests with same-day reservations when possible.
• Promote spa services and specials to guests.
• Process payments for services and products.
