Job summary

Woodhouse Spa - Houston Galleria is hiring full-time and part-time Spa Concierge roles. The team seeks positive, self-motivated individuals with a passion for guest experience and excellence in service.

Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting guests, scheduling with MEEVO, processing sales, educating guests on services and products, and contributing to a smooth guest flow. Training and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, welcoming with a professional demeanor and interact with guests
• Attend all staff meetings and huddles as scheduled
• Must be a team player and contribute to guest service
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced spa setting
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Requirements

• Must be friendly/welcoming and have a professional demeanor. This position requires constant interaction with guests
• Attend all staff meetings & huddles as required by your schedule
• Must be a team player and enthusiastic contributor to servicing our guests

• Must have reliable transportation

• Supports the Spa Director and entire spa team
• Is super organized and has an astute attention for detail, always making sure the place is tidy
• Abide by the handbook policies

Compensation: $13.50 per hour
