Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Biloxi, MS is seeking a Massage Therapist to deliver professional, guest-focused spa services and help create WOW memories for guests. You will perform massage modalities such as Swedish and Deep Tissue, follow all safety and sanitation policies, and actively promote treatments, enhancements and retail products while providing knowledgeable service.

The role offers a commission-based earning structure with a 32% commission plus an 18% service charge, plus employee

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
• Follow all departmental policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies
• Ensure guests are given the highest level of service by providing the most current information and techniques in massage modalities including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue and related body services per treatment and department protocols.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.
• Provide guests with a thorough and knowledgeable spa service.
