Job summary

Kohler Waters Spa Cafe is seeking a Cafe Coordinator to provide supervisory support for front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a luxury spa setting.

You will oversee daily cafe operations, manage inventory and ordering, support spa events, train new associates, and be a knowledgeable resource on cafe offerings, spa services, and resort amenities, upholding Forbes and Kohler Luxury Standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in specialty coffee or luxury hospitality with leadership.
• Able to train others and manage multiple projects in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as Barista and Barista II.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with luxury standards.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services, amenities, and cafe offerings.
• Manage monthly inventory counts and reconciliation; assist with purchasing and cost control.
• Maintain cafe SOPs, opening/closing procedures, and food safety standards.
• Support onboarding and training of new associates on service and standards.
• Develop and execute seasonal beverage features and cafe initiatives.
• Support spa events and guest activations across Cafe and Spa areas.
• Answer guest questions about menu items, ingredients, and allergens.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and collaborate with other departments.
