Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Cafe Coordinator to supervise front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences at the Kohler Spa cafes. The role includes cafe operations, inventory management, and staff onboarding, aligned with Forbes and Kohler Luxury Standards.

Work is onsite in Kohler, WI, with hours 5:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekends and weekdays. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in specialty coffee or luxury hospitality, strong leadership, and ServSafe or equivalent

Qualifications

• 3+ years in specialty coffee or luxury hospitality with leadership experience.
• Able to work various hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
• ServSafe or equivalent certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as Barista and Barista II.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences per Kohler Luxury Standards.
• Maintain knowledge of Kohler Waters Spa services and cafe offerings.
• Manage monthly inventory counts, reconciliation, and cost control.
