WellSpa is seeking a professional Housekeeper to join our team, ensuring a clean, orderly environment for guests and staff. You will attend to facilities with integrity and attention to detail, helping sustain our spa’s high standards and reputation.

You will perform cleaning tasks across spa rooms, laundry, bathrooms, and common areas, adhere to schedules, and stay mobile throughout shifts. Prior housekeeping experience preferred; competitive hourly pay offered.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting, spa rooms and equipment.
• Inspect spa rooms to ensure they meet high standards.
• Maintain the spa laundry for all areas.
• Disinfect and sanitize bathrooms and surfaces; assist with waste reduction.
• Adhere to daily cleaning schedules and safety rules.
• Maintain cleanliness of retail area, lobby, treatment rooms and staff areas.
• Attend required meetings and trainings.
• Move around the spa and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Assist with special projects and events as needed.

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional Housekeeper to join our team. You will be attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Your goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests, ensuring that they will want to return and ultimately furthering our reputation.

Responsibilities

• Perform various cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning spa rooms and equipment.
• Inspect all spa rooms and ensure they meet the spa’s high standards
• Maintain the laundry for both the entire spa including picking up laundry from various points in the spa
• Perform a variety of cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting duties for the spa including but not limited to mopping, sweeping, dishes, cleaning the bathrooms, and taking out the trash
• Adhere to daily cleaning schedules
• A sensitivity to unnecessary waste of product and a willingness to act to reduce waste
• Attend all meetings and training required of your department or the company in general
• Maintain orderliness, cleanliness and presentation of the retail area, spa, lobby, treatment rooms, and the staff areas.
• Assist with special projects and events, as needed
• Position requires a great deal of mobility, including walking, and lifting up to 25lbs.
• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary
• Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred
• Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Friendly, customer-oriented personality
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Able to work quickly without compromising quality
• Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods

Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
