Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is seeking a Spa Attendant for the Female Locker Room. You will help maintain pristine locker rooms, restrooms and relaxation areas, ensuring guests enjoy the spa experience with attentive service.

The role requires at least 1 year in guest service, English fluency, and the ability to stand and lift as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position with diverse shifts including mornings, afternoons and evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in guest service; spa experience preferred.
• Ability to work eight-hour shifts with varying schedules.
• Must stand for long periods and perform lifting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of spa and wellness areas including locker rooms and lounges.
• Ensure guest amenities and supplies are stocked and guest ready.
• Clean mirrors, furniture, floors, doors and other public areas.
• Remove trash, collect laundry, and keep spaces organized.
• Respond to guest questions with hospitality and professionalism.
• Assist with locker assignments, tours and wayfinding as directed.
• Handle and distribute spa linens and towels.
• Receive, transport and store supplies from other departments.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and report issues.

Job description

Spa Attendant FT (Female Locker Room)

This role is responsible for the experience in the locker room of the Spa and ensuring our guests have an enjoyable experience while using the spa amenities. This role will assist the Spa team to ensure all spa areas are well maintained and the guest experience is at the expected level.

What you will do:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all spa and wellness areas, including locker rooms, lounges, restrooms, showers, fitness center, yoga studio, and relaxation spaces.
• Ensure guest amenities, refreshments, linens, and supplies are fully stocked and guest ready.
• Clean and maintain mirrors, furniture, floors, doors, elevators, and other public areas.
• Remove trash, collect laundry, and keep all spaces organized and well-presented.
• Respond to guest questions and requests with professionalism and hospitality.
• Assist with guest tours, locker assignments, and wayfinding as directed by the Spa Concierge team.
• Retrieve, fold, organize, and distribute spa linens, including robes and towels.
• Receive, transport, and store supplies and products from Purchasing and other departments.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and report maintenance, safety, or inventory concerns.

What You bring:

• Minimum 1+ years in guest/customer service role, spa experience preferred.
• Ability to work eight-hour shifts; scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
• Must be able to endure long periods of standing, walking and lifting.
• Must be able to attend pick-up cups, weights, towels, and clean equipment including stretch mats, and other weight room accessories.
• Must be able to push and/or pull laundry cart (50 lbs.), lift towel basket, (50lbs) and lift drink dispensers
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a full-time position.
• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, and the ability to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
