The Windsor Court is seeking a detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our team. You will ensure that spa areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained for guests of the spa and hotel.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of locker rooms, relaxation rooms, and storage areas, stocking supplies, and assisting guests. Excellent customer service and strong teamwork are essential, with flexibility for varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous hotel or spa experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests of the Spa and the hotel.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas of the spa, including locker rooms, relaxation rooms, and storage areas.
• Ensure that all supplies and amenities are fully stocked and readily available for guests.
• Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
