Job summary

The Lodge at Primland, Auberge Collection in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains invites a Spa Attendant to be the heartbeat of a serene guest experience. You will welcome guests, maintain a tranquil atmosphere, and ensure spa and fitness areas are clean, comfortable, and inviting for every guest.

Key tasks include sanitizing treatment rooms, stocking robes and amenities, preserving spa ambiance, keeping equipment clean and safe, and reporting maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Have a personality that constantly goes above and beyond.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays, according to department needs.
• Prolonged periods of standing/engaging in physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize spa and fitness areas including treatment rooms, locker rooms, bath rooms, fitness center, common areas, sauna, steam rooms and relaxation areas.
• Sweep and mop all floors.
• Dust and wipe down all surfaces.
• Clean windows and glass surfaces.
• Stock and replenish items in Spa & Fitness areas including robes, towels, sandals, amenity items, sanitary items, beverages and snacks.
• Maintain spa ambiance by arranging towels, cushions, water, tea and amenities attractively.
• Maintain Spa & Fitness back storage areas keeping them cleaned and organized.
• Ensure all equipment in the Fitness Center is operational and cleaned.
• Report any maintenance and safety issues to Spa Leadership.
