Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Spa, salon, or hospitality experience preferred.

• Experience with SpaSoft is preferred.
• Strong professional presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Assist with spa cleanliness, sanitation, and sterilization per standards.
• Keep linen/towels stocked; sanitize service areas between treatments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Understand spa philosophy: balance, relaxation, unity, healthy lifestyle.
• Assist in all spa operations as directed by management.
• Perform administrative tasks or inventories as needed.
