Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners seeks a Spa Attendant to deliver a courteous, professional guest experience in a serene spa setting. You will help maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and a balanced, relaxing atmosphere while supporting the spa team in daily operations.

The role requires prior spa or hospitality experience, basic office skills (Word/Excel) and a focus on service quality. Competitive benefits are included for eligible Team Members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous spa, salon, hospitality experience.
• Ability to thrive in goal-driven environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SpaSoft; strong presentation and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Assist with spa cleanliness and sanitation per standards.
• Ensure linen/towels replenished; sanitize service areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Understand spa philosophy and balance, relaxation.
• Assist in all spa operations as directed by management.
• Perform administrative tasks or inventories as needed.
