Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners seeks a Spa Attendant to deliver a courteous, professional guest experience in a serene spa setting. You will help maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and a balanced, relaxing atmosphere while supporting the spa team in daily operations.

The role requires prior spa or hospitality experience, basic office skills (Word/Excel) and a focus on service quality. Competitive benefits are included for eligible Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure linen/towels replenished; sanitize service areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.

POSITION PROFILE

A spa attendant is responsible for providing an efficient, courteous, and professional experience for each guest while maintaining a soothing and relaxing spa atmosphere.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES

• To welcome and serve all guests in an efficient, courteous, and friendly manner.

• To assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the spa, adhering to all state and company sanitation

• and sterilization requirements.

• Ensure all linen and towels are constantly replenished, and Spa service areas are sanitized and sterilized between services.

• To maintain a clean, safe, stocked, and well-organized work area.

• Maintain an understanding of the spa industry and spa philosophy (balance, relaxation, unity, and

• a healthy lifestyle).

• To assist in all areas of the spa operation as directed by management.

• Perform administrative tasks or inventories as needed.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Previous spa, salon, hospitality experience.
• Ability to excel in an environment that sets goals, tracks progress and strives for growth.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Experience with SpaSoft. Strong professional presentation, technical ability and relationship building.
