Job summary

Hotel Crescent Court is seeking an attentive Spa Associate to assist guests with arrival and departure from the spa, ensure immaculate locker rooms, relaxation and pool areas, and to maintain towels, robes and linens for a premium guest experience.

You will stock and replenish amenities, keep corridors and glass surfaces spotless, and ensure guests receive robes, towels, and slippers to enhance their visit. Regular shifts and a collaborative team environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts in a spa environment.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety in spa areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with arrival and departure from the spa.
• Ensure cleanliness of Spa Locker Rooms, Relaxation Area, and Pool Area.
• Stock towels, robes, and sheets; replenish supplies as needed.
• Maintain clean corridors, doors, glass surfaces; ensure robes and amenities are available to guests.
