Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking a Spa Attendant to support the Spa & Fitness Center, with emphasis on the male locker room. The role focuses on cleanliness, guest orientation, and guided tours of spa facilities to ensure exceptional guest comfort.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a luxury or upscale spa, present well, and be flexible to work weekends as required. Training and employee discounts are offered as part of our program.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury spa or similar role.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the male locker room and fitness areas. Provide guests with a fitness and locker room orientation and offer spa & fitness tours.
• Advise guests on Spa treatment options and respond to interactions in a courteous and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Comply with Four Seasons policies and procedures at all times.

About The Spa Attendant Role

The Spa Attendant is an integral part of the Spa and Fitness Center. This position ensures the needs of all Spa and Fitness guests are met specifically in the male locker room. The Spa Attendant maintains the cleanliness of the locker room and fitness areas, provides guests with a fitness and locker room orientation, offers spa & fitness tours and can advise of Spa treatment options. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort. Comply with all Four Seasons policies and procedures.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for individuals who have a warm and welcome smile and a positive attitude! The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role in a luxury/upscale/full service Spa. Candidate must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends is required.
