Why We Need Your Talents:

Responsible for providing quality customer service, maintaining the facility, and providing a safe, clean, and comfortable environment including outdoor areas if applicable. The focus shall always be on ensuring a safe and comfortable environment while maintaining a positive ‘can do’ attitude with an emphasis on the highest level of guest service for both external and internal guests to Live! Casino.

Min Compensation

USD $15.00/Hr.

Max Compensation

USD $15.00/Hr.

Overview
Responsibilities
Where You'll Make an Impact:
  • Availability when the facility is open, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Provide excellent treatment experiences for guests by maintaining standards set for the Live! Spa treatment menu and standards of excellence.
  • Adhere to spa and hotel policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of the facility: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal.
  • Keep the spa pantry/dispensary stocked and clean.
  • Restock linens in guest areas and treatment rooms.
  • Handle laundry duties: washing, drying, folding linen.
  • Ensure all areas are clean and supplies are replenished.
  • Become knowledgeable about the facility and its amenities to communicate effectively with members and guests.
  • Greet guests warmly, maintain professionalism and discretion.
  • Report issues, incidents, or accidents to management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Must-Haves:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.
  • Capability to perform climbing, balancing, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and other physical activities.
  • Ability to operate cleaning tools and handle exposure to various conditions.
