The Spa Attendant greets, checks in, and escorts clients to designated spa areas. Responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of facilities for spa services, collecting payments, answering incoming calls, booking appointments, upselling products and services, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the spa and salon.
The Spa Attendant:
Skills are typically gained through previous guest service experience or two months of on-the-job training.
