Job Title: Spa Attendant (Female/Male)

Salary: $20.00 +

Status: Full Time

Shift: Day, Swing

Monarch Casino Resort in Black Hawk is a 23-story resort with over 500 rooms, 4 restaurants, and one of the country's top spas. We are seeking a passionate Spa Attendant to join our team. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that exceeds guest and team member expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and offer refreshments. Escort guests through the facility and provide a tour of our spa.
• Ensure guests are comfortable at all times.
• Escort guests to locker rooms and spa facilities, adhering to standard operating policies.
• Maintain a relaxing and calm environment throughout the spa experience.
• Be knowledgeable about our spa menu and promotions.
• Stock locker and spa facilities, maintaining a neat and clean environment.
• Maintain appearance, promptness, quality of work, and positive attitude with guests.
• Coordinate laundry pickup, delivery, and run wash-dry cycles.
• Coordinate with staff and management regarding VIPs, special requests, and group arrivals.
• Distribute lockers, sandals, etc., from the spa desk as per policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management; responsibilities may change.

Qualifications

• Energetic, service-focused individual passionate about providing luxury service.
• Guest service background preferred with knowledge of service standards.
• Solution-oriented and guest-focused.
• Basic computer skills.
• Polite, confident, and patient.
• Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and manage time effectively.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
