Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Daytona Beach, FL is hiring a Sales & Guest Experience Associate. If you are outgoing, energetic, and motivated by goals and bonuses while delivering amazing customer experiences, this is for you.

This role goes beyond a front desk: you’ll build relationships, recommend memberships and services, and create an exceptional spa experience from start to finish. You will earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission and have opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed membership sales goals.
