Job Description:

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise specializing in massage, facials, and hair removal services. With over 500 locations across the US and Canada, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership-based spa services industry.

Located in Fayetteville and Bentonville, Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Sales Associate. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience!

Responsibilities:

• Learn the menu of services—training provided!
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with members and guests
• Work flexible hours as needed
• Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively
• Maintain spa cleanliness standards
• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle administrative tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned
