The Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas is a beautiful hotel, spa, and convention center located in Rogers, AR. We are conveniently located by the Walmart AMP, Top Golf, and the Pinnacle Hills Promenade and a short 20-minute drive from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.

The Embassy Suites NW Arkansas holds 400 two-room suites, an indoor pool, gym, a full-service spa, restaurant, and offers an evening reception for guests. Pay Range: $15.50-$16.28

Make a Difference:

The primary purpose of the Spa Associate is to provide guests with an excellent spa experience, ensuring guests receive professional and personalized service.

What You'll Be Doing:

TheSpaAssociatewill be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:

• Greetguestsenteringthe spa, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specificdestination;

• Manage telephone calls to the Spa, includinganswering, screening, or forwarding

• Scheduleand calendarappointments;

• Explain spa menu, pricing and other policies toguests;

• Supportadministrative tasks, such as proofreading/transcribing handwritten informationand filing/ maintainingrecords;

• Maintain, clean, and disinfect retailarea;

• Process payments, receipts, and recordsforspaservices; and

• Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of theposition.

Bring Your Experience:

Prior retails or customer service experience

Required Prior Experience:

3 months experience in spaoroffice environment

Preferred Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Technology:

Basic Microsoft office knowledge

Physical:

Ability to lift, pull and push up to 30 poundsoccasionally

Flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings,nights,weekendsand holidays.
