• Support Spa Manager in overseeing and managing daily operations.
• Assist with HR functions including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Handle administrative tasks including filing, member maintenance and data entry of client records and surveys.
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and facials.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line.
• Effectively communicate about health and wellness membership benefits, spa policies, and procedures.
• Outside Event marketing & social media marketing.
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety are met.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas, and break room.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operational and financial performance of the spa.
• Coach staff while taking direction from Spa Manager.
• Assist in daily operations and customer service excellence.
