Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Marietta, GA is seeking a self-driven Spa Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations and assist the Spa Manager in driving performance and guest satisfaction.

The role requires experience in retail, sales, and customer service, with the ability to coach staff, manage HR tasks, and handle administrative duties. Flexible schedule and growth opportunities are offered in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Retail/sales and customer service experience required.
• A passion for people and sales.
• High level of enthusiasm.
• Support Spa Manager in overseeing and managing the daily operations.
• Assist with HR functions including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Handle administrative tasks including filing, member maintenance and data entry of client records and surveys.
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line.
• Effectively communicate about health and wellness membership benefits, spa policies, and procedures.
• Outside Event marketing & social media marketing.
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety are met.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas, and break room.

Responsibilities
