Job summary

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Marietta, GA is seeking a Spa Assistant Manager who is self-driven and energetic. You will help oversee the spa’s daily operations and financial performance while coaching staff and supporting HR functions such as interviewing, hiring, and scheduling.

The role requires strong customer service, sales skills, a passion for wellness, and the ability to promote health benefits of massage and facials.

Qualifications

• Retail/sales and customer service experience required.
• A passion for people and sales.
• High level of enthusiasm.
• Support Spa Manager in overseeing and managing the daily operations.
• Assist with HR functions including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Handle administrative tasks including filing, member maintenance and data entry of client records and surveys.
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line.
• Effectively communicate about health and wellness membership benefits, spa policies, and procedures.
• Outside Event marketing & social media marketing.
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety are met.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas, and break room.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations and financial performance.
