Perdue AgriBusiness in Salisbury, MD is seeking a Soybean Crush Operator to operate grain handling and oilseed processing equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production that supports on-time delivery to customers.

This 12-hour rotating shift role offers a target wage of $17.50–$26.50 per hour, plus an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/Rx, 401(k) with employer match, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Strong reading, writing, math and analytical skills.
• High School or GED preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Start up, operate, and shut down soy processing equipment.
• Conduct quality checks.
• Maintain daily records and logs.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on operating equipment.
• Perform general labor, housekeeping, and sanitation responsibilities.
• Work within CGMP guidelines and company policies.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned.
