Bartlett-Grain in Cherryvale, KS is hiring a Process Operator I to support daily operations in the crush plant. This entry‑level role trains operators to run equipment used to move soybeans, extract oil, and refine the product.

You will monitor automated processes, adjust as needed, and uphold food safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include following GMP policies, performing routine sampling, and participating in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work 12 hour shifts in a rotating pattern.
• Ability to read, write, understand and follow English instructions.
• Interest in operating and monitoring plant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Crack, heat and flake soybeans to prepare for oil extraction.
• Operate and monitor state‑of‑the‑art processing equipment with precision.
• Ensure food safety and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Input data into computer systems and monitor processing for accuracy.
