BILL is a leading Fintech company seeking a Sr. SOX Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day execution and continuous improvement of our SOX 404 compliance program.

The role partners with both business process owners and IT controls to strengthen ICFR while driving automation and efficiency across finance and IT operations. The ideal candidate brings public accounting or Fintech experience, CPA/CIA preferred, and a proven track record in risk assessment, control design, and cross‑functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in a large public accounting firm or Fintech with SOX 404 audits and ICFR.
• CPA or CIA is strongly preferred; CISA is a plus.
• Deep understanding of SOX 404, COSO, and PCAOB standards.
• Experience with ERP/enterprise systems (NetSuite) is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead the annual SOX compliance lifecycle for business processes and ITAC, including scoping, risk assessment, documentation, testing, and remediation.
• Coordinate with management, control owners, Internal Audit and External Auditors to ensure a cost‑effective audit process.
• Drive process optimization, automation, and cross‑functional risk management across finance and ITAC.
