Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced SOX Manager based in India to lead the organization's SOX program, working with our US-based team and Finance department.

You will own walk-throughs, risk assessments, control design, testing, and remediation for business processes and IT controls, partnering with Finance, IT, Security, and external auditors to build an audit-ready environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in SOX, internal or IT audit in a technology environment.
• Experience with ITGCs, access controls, SDLC, automated controls, and IPE.
• Knowledge of SOX 404, ICFR, risk assessment, testing, and remediation processes.
• Experience evaluating controls across ERP/CRM/HRIS systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday.
• Strong program management and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own key SOX execution workstreams across business processes and IT controls.
• Lead walkthroughs, risk assessments, control design, and testing for financial processes.
• Oversee IT SOX execution across ITGCs, automated and application controls, data flows, and access.
• Manage day-to-day SOX PMO activities, including plans, testing, and audit requests.
• Identify control deficiencies, assess severity, and drive remediation with owners.
