Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Manager - SOX Compliance in Mohali, India to join the Global Internal Audit team. You will lead the execution of the SOX program, coordinate with global teams, and mentor the SOX staff to strengthen the control environment.

Role focuses on planning, testing, and monitoring ICFR, with emphasis on process improvement and stakeholder engagement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years in a similar role with at least last 4 years of SOX experience as a lead or above.
• Professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CIA/CA/CMA or MBA Finance) or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Knowledge of processes and controls related to Financial Reporting, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Commodity Trading, Treasury, Tax, Plant, Property & Equipment, Inventory, HR Payroll.
• Project management experience
• Strong business and risk acumen
• Effective written, verbal and listening communication
• Leadership abilities and adaptability
• Experience with data analytics, ERP systems, and audit tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SOX Program from planning to testing, reporting and monitoring ICFR.
• Coordinate with Global SOX PMO, SOX Coordinators and process owners for standardization of key controls.
• Oversee testing of internal controls ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
• Build and maintain relationships with management, external auditors, and Internal Audit Leadership.
• Provide trainings and guidance on SOX requirements to the team.
• Collaborate to develop and monitor strategic plan for Internal Audit operations, including resource allocation and training.
