Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis is seeking a Business Analyst for the AS5/COSO/SOX function to partner with bank lines in assessing internal controls and coordinating testing across divisions.

The role requires on-site work and does not sponsor visas. Primary duties include evaluating ICFR design, performing control testing, and preparing workpapers and reports for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum five years of analytical and/or project management experience to include assessing internal controls.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to diverse business lines and staff.
• Experience in communicating and presenting recommendations to various business lines and multiple levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Understand division processes, risks, and internal controls.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of ICFR by conducting testing of department identified internal key controls.
• Follow AS 5 guidance on testing and documenting work.
• Prepare and submit testing workpapers for approval while meeting key deadlines in the AS 5 testing cycle.
• Assist or lead in preparing reports, developing presentations and providing training.
• Interact with various levels of department staff and management as appropriate.
