Qualifications

• Experience in using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data.
• Experience reviewing and drafting contract terms in technology licensing and service contracts, or a broad range of standard commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own the SOW process, drafting and reviewing SOWs to ensure alignment with business and legal requirements, gathering approvals and tracking status.
• Proactively identify and implement operational improvements and enhancements to meet business needs.
• Communicate daily with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, Operations and Management on assigned deals.
• Recruit, onboard, train and influence other Contract Specialists.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for SOW workflows.
• Drive continuous process improvement while developing relationships for long-term solutions.
• Become the SOW creation subject matter expert.
