HDR is seeking a Southwest Region Water Business Group Director to lead strategy, growth, and leadership across one of the fastest-growing water markets in the U.S. You will drive opportunities, mentor leaders, and champion innovative delivery across HDR's water practice.

Leverage established relationships with utilities and agencies, oversee cross-functional teams, and accelerate revenue growth while maintaining HDR's values and client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in related field with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build markets and expand client relationships in water.
• Strong business, operational and organizational leadership skills.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams through growth.
• Knowledge of alternative delivery models and program management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a bold regional growth strategy for HDR's Water practice in the Southwest.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and expand HDR's presence and influence.
• Lead a high-performing regional leadership team and collaborate with regional leaders.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Drive business development initiatives and key client relationships for long-term success.
• Mentor area leaders and recruit top talent to strengthen HDR's leadership pipeline.
