The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who develops talent, forges strong client relationships, and collaborates with technology partners to drive multi-cloud and cybersecurity solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in tech sales; 5+ years leading remote teams.
• Experience in VAR/MSP/SI environments.
• Familiar with recurring revenue models (managed services, NaaS, XaaS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow sales across the Southwest region.
• Coach and manage a sales team to hit revenue and profit goals.
• Sell IT solutions including cloud, managed services, cybersecurity, and networking.
• Build trusted relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers.
