Modern Networks LLC is seeking a Field Sales Executive to own the Southwest territory, build strong relationships with enterprise, public safety, utilities, and transportation customers, and drive long-term growth. You will lead consultative engagements, prospect for opportunities, and partner with manufacturers and channel partners to expand market presence.

Compensation includes On-Target Earnings of $160,000–$200,000+ with an uncapped commission plan; substantial travel (50–75%) is expected

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales in technology or related industries.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals.
• Experience selling to enterprise, public safety, utilities, or transportation sectors.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy for the assigned Southwest territory.
• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and partner engagement.
