Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to provide security expertise across FAA sites in the Southwest region. You will supervise Site Captains, ensure compliance with SOWs, and coordinate training and daily operations for 24/7 coverage.

You will lead by example, manage security teams, enforce policies, and communicate with Program Managers, FAA personnel and HR. A strong background in security leadership and local regulations is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED; higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Point of Contact between FAA Site Captains and ADC Management.
• Maintain effective communication with FAA Site Captains, HR and required stakeholders.
• Lead Site Captains and Security Teams; foster professionalism and customer service.
• Read and implement ADC/Federal policies, SOWs, post orders and CBAs.
• Enforce security orders, review monthly compliance, and take corrective action.
• Ensure Officer certifications, licenses, and trainings are up to date.
• Provide Initial, Ongoing and Refresher Supervisor Training.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing to maintain 24/7 security presence.
• Manage training documentation and coordinate with HR.
• Supervise investigations and documentation of security or safety incidents.
• Conduct monthly site inspections and assess risks at all sites.
• Oversee administrative duties including timecards and reports.
