Job summary

ADC LTD NM is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to provide regional oversight for the FAA Western Service Area sites. The APM supervises Site Managers (Captains) and Security Officers, ensuring operations are compliant with contract terms, company policies, and government regulations, while coordinating with HQ, FAA CORs, COTRs, and ATRs.

The role demands strong leadership, outstanding communication, program management skills, and the ability to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of managerial physical security experience or similar.
• Ability to obtain FAA background vetting through VAP.
• Strong understanding of security operations and compliance requirements.
• Leadership and accountability skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Management and Oversight of all Site Managers (Captains) and Security Officers at each site under the Western Service Area (WSA) Contract.
• Provide daily guidance and advise Site Managers on ADC Corporate requirements, policies, procedures, rights, and obligations under the contract terms.
• Ensure each site is compliant with contract terms and ADC Corporate standards.
• Work with Site Managers to ensure Security Officers follow post orders and contractual terms.
• Ensure Compliance with FAR and FAR supplements and other Government contracting issues.
• Engage in Union negotiations and maintain relationships with Government and ADC executives.
• Attend meetings with Government customers and prepare PMR material.
• Support Contractual Funding and obligations analyses.
• Address staffing and HR related challenges.
• Travel between sites as required.
