Shionogi Inc. is seeking a District Manager to lead a primary care sales team across the Southwest territory. You will hire, train and deploy top-performing representatives focused on achieving district sales targets and implementing national strategies.

The role requires strong leadership, field coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional partners. Expect significant field travel and adherence to company policies while driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience in primary care.
• Three (3)+ years of sales management experience in pharma preferred.
• Proven leadership, coaching and cross-functional team experience.

Responsabilités

• Hire, coach, develop and retain a high-performing team of primary care sales representatives.
• Deliver sales performance and KPIs to meet district plans within budgets.
• Oversee daily in-field activity and management of team members to achieve results.
• Lead a field team ensuring product knowledge, market conditions, brand strategy and policies.
