The DM will drive sales and KPI achievement, manage budgets, and ensure compliant execution of national strategies while developing territory plans and key customer relationships. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pharma sales with leadership experience and can travel up to 80% across the Southwest.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• Five+ years pharmaceutical sales experience in primary care.
• Three+ years of sales management experience in pharma.
• Proven leadership and coaching track record.
• Launch planning experience in primary care.
• Experience coaching field activity and territory dynamics.
• Strong relationships with HCPs, pharmacies and stakeholders.
• Understanding of disease states and treatment pathways.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, develop and retain a high-performing team of primary care sales representatives.
• Deliver sales performance and KPIs to meet/exceed district plan within budgets.
• Oversee daily in-field activity and management of team members.
• Lead field team on product knowledge, market conditions, and brand strategy.
• Align territory plans with brand strategy and national priorities.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources to meet district goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive cross-functional partnerships to execute territory strategies.
• Plan, forecast, and oversee operating budget and expenses.
